Doctors of the World is a human rights organization providing emergency and long-term medical care. Plastic surgeons, aneasthetists and nurses volunteer in the Bangladesh countryside town of Munshiganj to operate children with schisis, open palate, burning wounds.
I photographed 120 operations in two weeks. The photos were used for their campaign.
